RYS is a job placement and training company that provides services to companies and is a supplementary actor to the Swedish Public Employment Service.

The work involves matching and supporting people into work or helping them find their way to work through studies. We are looking for someone who likes to work towards results and enjoys working with people in conversations and matching for jobs.

You are a perceptive person and enjoy having a lot of contact with other people.

As a person, you are trustworthy, business-minded, and unpretentious.

Requirements: Academic education 3 years + 2 years of work experience or post-secondary education at least 1 year + 3 years of work experience in recruitment or labor issues.
