Service Advisor for BYD
Description
BYD – Build Your Dreams – is now establishing its first full-scale service facility in Sweden. We are looking for a service advisor who wants to be part of the start and contribute to building a modern and customer-focused workshop.
Responsibilities
As a service advisor, you are responsible for customer reception, planning, and administration of workshop work. The role includes:
• Receiving customers in the store and by phone
• Booking jobs and creating work orders
• Planning workshop capacity together with mechanics
• Handling warranty cases and spare parts orders
• Informing customers about the scope, price, and delivery time of the work
• Handing over cars and reviewing completed work with customers
• Handling payments and other administrative tasks
• Participating in establishing routines and working methods in a new operation
Qualifications
Requirements:
• Experience in customer service or administrative work
• Good computer skills
• Swedish and English in speech and writing
Meritorious:
• Experience from the automotive industry
• Experience with booking systems or workshop administration
