About the role
As an Automation Technician with us, you will have a significant role in developing, driving, and improving our automation systems. You will work both strategically and operationally – from developing functions and optimizing processes to troubleshooting and participating in projects.
You will become part of a small, competent team where we help each other and take joint responsibility for keeping the facility reliable, efficient, and future-proof.
You will among other things:
- Develop, optimize, and maintain our automation and control systems.
- Perform troubleshooting and drive problem-solving in production.
- Participate in corrective tasks and support production as needed.
- Identify improvements, drive improvement projects, and develop new functions.
- Participate in and drive technical projects, feasibility studies, and production engineering initiatives.
Who we are looking for
To thrive with us, you need to be curious, responsible, and willing to develop both technically and personally. You enjoy working close to production, taking on technical challenges, and dare to be honest about what works – and what can be done better.
We believe you have:
- Education in automation, electronics, or similar field.
- Experience in industrial production or equivalent environment.
- Knowledge of PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, TIA Portal).
- Knowledge of electrical design and ability to independently design, document, and quality assure safety circuits for industrial automation systems.
- Ability to work independently, plan, and drive own projects.
- A communicative and responsive personality – collaboration is key with us.
