Interim Unit Manager for Assignment within LSS Housing

We are seeking a unit manager for a consulting assignment within LSS housing. The assignment involves leading and stabilizing an operation during a transition period with a focus on structure, work environment, and quality.

The operation is in a situation where the staff group needs support and partial replacement while new employees are recruited and onboarded. The role requires a very present and action-oriented leadership to create stability, clarity, and safety for both employees and service users.

The work involves building functional routines, ensuring compliance, and creating a safe and well-functioning living environment. You lead the daily work and are responsible for ensuring the operation is conducted in accordance with current legislation and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Higher education in social work or other relevant education
• At least five years of experience in management and leadership roles
• Experience working within LSS
• Experience in carrying out and implementing change management
• Ability to work structured and quickly establish routines
• Confident, clear, and communicative leadership
• Driver's license class B

Meritorious

• Experience starting up or establishing new operations

About the Assignment

• Full-time
• Working hours weekdays 08:00–17:00
• The assignment must be carried out on-site; remote work is not possible
• Start immediately
• Assignment period approximately five months with possibility of extension
• Personnel responsibility for approximately 15 employees
• Budget responsibility and participation in management team
