About the role We are now looking for a special needs teacher or special education teacher who wants to become a key player in our Student Health Team. You are a person who is passionate about removing obstacles to learning and who has a particular commitment to language development – the most important key to our students' success in all subjects.

Your mission: Student-centered expertise and collegial support

The role with us is varied and requires you to enjoy working across different levels. You work both directly with students and as a strategic support for our educators.

Your main tasks:

• Student-centered work: Plan and implement targeted interventions and support for students, with a special focus on linguistic vulnerability and reading and writing development.
• Educational support: Provide hands-on coaching and support to educators in the classroom to adapt the learning environment and teaching.
• Analysis & Documentation: Responsible for conducting in-depth educational assessments and writing legally secure action plans.
• EHT collaboration: Be an active part of the Student Health Team where we together drive the school's preventive and health-promoting work.

Qualifications:

• Educated special needs teacher or special education teacher (preferably with a focus on language, writing, and reading development).
• Genuine interest in language-development approaches in all subjects.
• Experience in driving processes related to assessment and action plans.
• Ability to express yourself well in speech and writing and to be a good listener.
