Technical Standardization Engineer
Valora Bemanning is now seeking, on behalf of a client, a Technical Standardization Engineer for a long-term assignment in the automotive industry in Gothenburg.
In this role, you will work with technical standardization, terminology management, and language-related processes in an international environment. You will be involved in the development and maintenance of technical standards and contribute expertise in terminology and language management.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct terminology investigations by collecting and analyzing data
- Manage and update term databases
- Work with translations and terminology management according to established processes
- Communicate and train in the field of Terminology & Language
- Participate in standardization work and improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with internal and external networks in technology and standardization
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in technical standardization or terminology work
- Strong analytical and administrative skills
- Very good knowledge of English
- Good understanding of Swedish
- Experience with database management or terminology tools is meritorious
- Experience with Acrolinx or similar tools is a plus
