Supervisor / Project Manager for Energy Solutions

Nordic Energy Partner AB (NEPAB) is seeking several structured and responsible supervisors / project managers for our installations within energy solutions.

Our projects involve complete installations where solar panels, energy storage, and heat pumps are installed as a comprehensive solution for the customer.

This is an important role with us where you work from the office in Örebro and are responsible for ensuring that projects function all the way from planning to completion at the customer's site.

About the position:

You work closely with heat pump installers, solar panel installers, electricians, and technical designers to ensure that projects are carried out efficiently, maintain the right quality, and proceed according to plan.

The technical designers are responsible for site visits, design, and preparation of installation documentation. Then this role takes over and is responsible for ensuring that projects are planned, coordinated, and executed efficiently.

The installations are performed on behalf of an external partner, and the role involves close collaboration with their project team regarding planning, coordination, and implementation of the projects.

The role does not involve being on site and supervising installations, but rather planning, coordinating, and supporting the projects from the office in Örebro.

The work includes:

• Planning and coordinating installation projects
• Ensuring that materials, documentation, and schedules are in place before installation
• Supporting electricians, solar panel installers, and heat pump installers in their daily work
• Maintaining contact with installers, technical designers, internal resources, and project teams during the projects
• Following up on projects, quality, and progress
• Ensuring that the entire project runs efficiently from planning to completion
• Working with digital systems and keeping projects and documentation organized

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in installation work, for example within heat pumps, electrical, or solar energy
• Has a good understanding of how installations work in practice
• Is structured and accustomed to keeping track of many projects simultaneously
• Can take responsibility and make decisions in daily work
• Is solution-oriented and communicative
• Thrives working closely with installers and project organization
• Is accustomed to working with digital systems

Meritorious:

• Previous experience as a supervisor or project manager
• Experience with heat pumps
• Electrical knowledge
• Experience with solar panels or energy storage
• Experience with planning, calculation, or project management
