Do you want to become my personal assistant for hourly needs and the summer

Work duties

I am a happy, lively and curious guy in my 30s. I am looking for more reliable assistants for my wonderful team. Being a personal assistant for me involves carrying out work in my home, at my workplace, or at one of my leisure activities. I have multiple disabilities, which means I need support in many aspects of daily life, day and night. I live in Fristad in my own apartment where I enjoy listening to music, driving my car, and meeting my friends.

We are also looking for two guys in their 30s who have hourly needs and require support with all care duties. You should be able to take responsibility, and experience working with EP and using a hoist is an advantage.

The care recipients live in Fristad.

Qualifications

For us to get along well, you need to be attentive, calm, and curious about me. I require full care, and you need to work independently, as I communicate using my body language. For me to understand you, it is important that you speak clearly. I consider it a plus if you have prior experience working with individuals with functional variations, using distraction and structure. I appreciate it if you like doing things together with me.

About the workplace

At Sjuhäradsbygdens Assistansservice AB, we have been creating opportunities for our care recipients for over 25 years. We are a group that offers personal assistance and daily activities. The group is owned by Sjuhäradsbygdens Handikappservice Ekonomiska förening. The association is run entirely without economic ownership interests and reinvests any surplus back into the operations. Our focus is to ensure our care recipients live an active life in community with others and participate in society. We are members of Almega Vårdföretagarna and our operations are governed by the laws in LSS, SoL and HSL.
