Reviv works nationally to provide support, guidance, and safety to individuals in vulnerable and risky life situations. We offer protection, structure, and support in processes where individuals break free from destructive environments.

We are looking for committed and responsible individuals to join our team working with protective placements in the areas of leaving crime, intimate partner violence, and honor-related contexts.


JOB DUTIES

As a qualified contact person, you work closely with the individual and provide support in both daily life and authority contacts.

Intimate Partner Violence/Honor-Related Violence

  • Work with protectively placed individuals who have been subjected to intimate partner violence/honor-related violence.
  • Conduct security assessments in collaboration with colleagues and external actors.
  • Support the client in crisis reactions, stabilization, safety planning, and rebuilding.
  • Conduct motivational, supportive, and structured conversations with a focus on trauma and violence understanding.


Other Forms of Protective Placements You Will Work With

  • Individuals leaving criminal lifestyles.
  • Witness protection.
  • Relatives with a transferred threat situation.


General Job Duties

  • Provide practical support based on established plans regarding livelihood, occupation, and other need areas.
  • Assist in creating a meaningful daily life and leisure time.
  • Conduct ongoing documentation through journaling.
  • Perform drug tests as needed.
  • Support the individual in ADL abilities.
  • Participate in meetings and follow-ups together with other actors.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Completed or ongoing post-secondary education as a treatment assistant, social or special educator, or equivalent education.
  • Experience working with Intimate Partner Violence/Honor-Related Violence – for example, sheltered housing, social services, support conversations, women's shelters, or similar operations.
  • Experience with work that involves contact with various authorities (e.g., social services, police, healthcare).
  • Good communication skills and experience working motivationally.
  • Training and experience in MI - Motivational Interviewing.
  • Experience with documentation.


MERITORIOUS

  • In-depth training on intimate partner violence, e.g., FREDA, Patriark, SARA, risk assessment, or trauma understanding.
  • Training in RP - Relapse Prevention.
  • Professional experience working with the target group, preferably in areas such as criminality, addiction care, social services, or psychiatry.
  • Training in LBI - Low Arousal Approach.
  • Training and experience in BBIC - Children's Needs in Focus.
  • License to perform CLS - Criminal Lifestyle (KSL as a method).

DRIVER'S LICENSE

  • A valid Swedish B driver's license is required – preferably with access to your own car.


ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT

  • The position is a full-time probationary employment for 6 months, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position.
