Personal assistant for active 8-year-old boy in Älmhult

We are seeking an engaged and energetic personal assistant for an 8-year-old boy with ADHD and autism. He needs a safe, playful, and structured adult who can support him in daily life and contribute to his development.

You must be able to communicate well in Swedish and English. It is meritorious if you also speak Urdu. We would like you to have experience working with children with autism, for example as a childminder, teaching assistant, or personal assistant. Experience in speech therapy or communication support is a significant advantage.

The work requires you to be active, patient, and have plenty of energy. We are looking for someone under 40 years old with a driver's license.

Meritorious experiences:

– work with children with autism or other disabilities

– work in schools, preschools, or personal assistance

– experience in creating structure, security, and developmental activities

– experience in speech therapy or communication support

The position involves supporting the boy in his daily routines, communication, play, activities, and development. You will become an important part of his daily life and work closely with the family and the assistance provider.
