Teacher for grades F-3

Malmen Montessori in Borås is beautifully located right next to the scenic Lake Ramnasjön in a large, older, and beautiful brick building. We are one of the largest Montessori schools in the country with approximately 750 children in preschool, elementary school, and after-school care, and we have over 110 employees. The students are grouped in mixed-age groups.

We are looking for a certified primary school teacher qualified to teach grades F–3.

We are looking for someone with a curious attitude, who is positive, responsible, flexible, and confident. You have a structured, creative way of working and are skilled at inspiring and motivating students to discover, learn, and develop.

We prefer that you have experience in the profession and an interest in Montessori pedagogy. It is not required to be Montessori-trained, as further training is provided internally. You will help develop our operations in relation to the curriculum and our Montessori educational plan.

You stimulate each child to learn and grow through their tasks, providing freedom with responsibility. From this freedom, students' independence can develop, which later provides self-confidence and critical thinking skills.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

The position is full-time starting in the fall term of 2026. This position is a regular school year position with paid school holidays.

Our operations are run by a parents' association, and our principal is a board that includes the school director and a management team. Parents are our pillars of support, and it is important to maintain good communication with them.
