Skärgårdsgymnasiet is now seeking an engaged teacher for the Electrical and Energy Program!

About the role

As a teacher in the Electrical and Energy Program with us, you play a key role in shaping the professionals of the future. You will combine theoretical teaching with practical elements in our well-equipped workshops.

Your main tasks:

• Plan and conduct teaching in courses such as Electrical Power, Practical Electrical Theory, and Installation Technology.
• Supervise students during practical exercises and prepare them for their APL (Workplace-based Learning).
• Act as a mentor for a group of students, supporting them on their personal and academic journey.
• Collaborate with the industry to ensure that our education maintains the highest quality.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for the profession who enjoys working with young people. You are pedagogical, patient, and have the ability to explain complex relationships in an understandable way.

We would like you to have:

• Professional experience as an electrician (preferably with authorization).
• A teaching degree
• Good knowledge of current industry regulations and safety rules.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the school community.
