Sapu University is now seeking a dedicated and structured Education Manager with administrative and organisational responsibilities.

About the assignment

As Education Manager, you ensure that Sapu's programmes maintain high quality and that students achieve their educational goals. You work closely with the Operations Manager and are key to ensuring student satisfaction and developing the organisation in line with Sapu's goals and values. Employment rate is 50–100%.

Education Manager

In this role, you have overall and organisational responsibility for planning and implementation – from course start to completion.

You are responsible for scheduling, course design, and coordination in close collaboration with other roles in the organisation. The role also includes supervisory responsibilities and continuous communication with lecturers, supervisors, and students.

The position includes lecturing and, where necessary, supervising within Sapu's educational programmes. You actively contribute to ensuring that our programmes maintain high academic and scientific quality, including through our educational councils.

Sapu University has strong ties with educational and research activities both nationally and internationally, and collaborates with researchers and teachers from universities around the world.

Location and reporting

The position is based in Stockholm with close collaboration with the operations in Gothenburg. You report to the Operations Manager and work closely with other functions within Sapu.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are a licensed psychotherapist and hold an academic degree in psychology, social work, or another equivalent higher education qualification. It is advantageous if you have supervisor and teacher training in psychotherapy.

You have:

· Experience in psychotherapy education and pedagogical competence

· Good administrative skills and familiarity with digital support systems

· Ability to collaborate, lead, and develop educational activities

· Interest in quality work and educational development
