
WORK FROM HOME, SOLAR SALES REPRESENTATIVE TO HOMEOWNERS

On behalf of a partner, we are now seeking several business-driven salespeople with sales experience for our growing remote team.
You will work from home via phone, calling private individuals throughout Sweden, with the aim of selling battery solutions to homeowners.
The home battery being sold allows homeowners to store their own energy and save money on their electricity consumption. The battery also enables them to sell stored energy back to the grid, meaning homeowners can earn money from the energy solution.
As a salesperson, you are responsible for the entire customer journey – from initial contact to closing the deal. All customer contact is via phone and email, and you mainly work with outbound cold calls.
Your main responsibilities
- Work with prospecting through outbound calls
- Market the battery solution
- Analyze customer needs and present tailored solutions
- Create calculations and propose solutions based on both technical and financial conditions
- Work towards set goals and continuously monitor and develop your own performance
- Build trust and develop long-term relationships
You will work in a web-based dialer system. The work therefore requires that you have your own computer with internet access and a headset! With this setup, no phone bills will be charged to you for the calls you make!
We are looking for someone who is disciplined, self-motivated, and highly engaged. It is important that you are passionate about selling and dare to challenge yourself and your limits to achieve the best results. You also have a positive attitude and are good at handling setbacks with a smile. It is also important that you maintain a high pace in what you do.

Meritorious
- Technical background or previous experience with solar cells, battery solutions, or energy systems
- Previous experience in telephone sales

Working hours and scope
Full-time, Mon-Fri 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM or part-time at least 20 hours per week.
Opportunity for additional hours is also available during evenings and weekends.
Salary type: NOTE! Only high variable commission based on results (compensation paid based on number of completed sales).
