About Dittcafe

The brand Dittcafe is owned and managed by the four companies Stigs Café och Bageri AB, Agdas i Apladalen AB, Bernts Konditori AB, and Bernards Konditori AB. Under the brand, we gather 9 cafes and one production facility/office now located in Gnosjö. We operate in five locations in Jönköping County and employ around 70 employees.

Our business idea is to be the leading local market player, offering locally produced bakery, pastry, and restaurant goods in an attractive environment with high quality, personal service, and a customer focus. About you

We are now looking for someone with a passionate interest in service and customer contact, focusing on food and coffee experiences. We see that you are a social, engaged, and goal-oriented person. If you enjoy representing a strong brand and take a lot of personal responsibility, this position is for you.

As an inside salesperson/order receiver with us, your main mission will be to provide our current and future customers with the best service and commitment. We are looking for someone who is:

· Start: September 1, 2026

· Location: The office in Gnosjö

· Salary: According to agreement

· The position is 80-100%

· Experience is desired and meritorious but not required

· The position begins with a 6-month probationary period
