About the role: As Store Manager, you are responsible for the store's sales, operations, and maintenance. You are the driving force behind creating a developing environment for your employees and ensuring that every day at work is meaningful and productive. You report to and are coached by your district manager.
Your main areas of responsibility include:
Sales and profitability responsibility: You are responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets as well as ensuring a profitable operation.
Staff responsibility: You guide, coach, and motivate your employees to maximize their potential and contribute to the team's success.
Budget work: You actively work on maintaining and monitoring budgets and take measures to ensure profitability and efficiency.
Leadership issues: You are a natural leader who thrives on building and developing a strong and committed team.
World-class customer service: You ensure that every customer receives an exceptional service experience and that their needs and expectations are exceeded.

Experience in retail: You have solid experience working in the retail industry and understand its unique challenges and opportunities.
