Purchaser at Spectrogon – contribute to our continued development

Do you want to work in a technology-driven and international environment where your work makes a real difference? We are now looking for a committed and business-driven purchaser for Spectrogon.

About the role

As a purchaser with us, you will have a central role in the operations. Together with our purchasing and logistics team, you are responsible for ensuring efficient and sustainable procurement for our production of optical components in Täby. You will work closely with our suppliers and build long-term relationships that contribute to a stable and well-functioning supply chain.

Your main tasks:

• Responsible for operational purchasing
• Manage supplier contacts and negotiations
• Ensure deliveries are on time, with the right quality and cost
• Work with supplier development and follow-up
• Collaborate closely with sales, production, engineering and planning
• Contribute to improvement work in purchasing processes

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is structured, business-minded, and thrives in a role with many points of contact.

We believe you have:

• Relevant post-secondary education in purchasing, logistics or engineering
• Experience in purchasing in manufacturing industry is meritorious but not a requirement
• Good negotiation skills
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
• Good system proficiency (Monitor knowledge is meritorious)
