Account Manager

About the role

As an Account Manager with us, you act as a strategic partner for companies that need to strengthen their recruitment and employer brand. You own the entire business – from identifying new potential customers to acting as an advisor, closing deals, and building long-term collaborations. Our platforms are specialized job boards that help our customers reach exactly the right candidates.

Your responsibilities:

• Build and manage your own customer portfolio (new business development and upselling).
• Act as an advisor and tailor campaign solutions and advertisement packages.
• Drive the entire sales process via phone, digital meetings, and email.
• Follow up on results with customers to ensure long-term and recurring business.
• Take responsibility for your own budget and results targets.

• Has previous sales experience within recruitment/job advertising with strong results.
• Excels at building trust and networking.
• Thrives with a high degree of responsibility and works systematically with your pipeline.
• Has a strong business acumen and the ability to speak with decision-makers at various levels.
