About the role
As a B2B salesperson with us, your primary focus is clear: to generate new business. You will sell job ads and employer branding solutions to companies seeking specific skills. Here you get to sell an in-demand service on our platforms, where you are responsible for the entire sales cycle, with great freedom to plan your days for maximum output.
Your responsibilities:
- Actively hunt and prospect for new B2B customers.
- Conduct needs analyses and pitch our advertising solutions (primarily via phone and email).
- Negotiate, write quotes, and – above all – close deals.
- Exceed your set sales and activity targets.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has sales experience, preferably in job advertising, and is familiar with B2B sales.
- Is a "hunter" who gets energy from proactive outreach and a fast pace.
- Has a strong drive, is fearless, and thrives in a results-oriented environment.
- Has excellent communication skills.
- Wants a compensation model where your hard work is directly reflected in your paycheck.
