About the role

As a job ad salesperson with us, you are responsible for the entire sales process – from prospecting to closing and follow-up. You will work with selling job ads and employer branding solutions to companies that want to reach the right candidates through our specialized job boards.

Your responsibilities:

  • Actively identify and contact new customers
  • Build and develop long-term customer relationships
  • Sell job ads and campaign solutions primarily via phone and email
  • Drive deals from initial contact to closing
  • Work towards clear goals and budget

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has documented good sales results of job ad solutions
  • Is used to proactive sales and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Has strong communication skills and can quickly build trust
  • Is self-driven, structured, and results-oriented
  • Has industry experience
