Licensed Football Agent

About the role

SCASA AB is an international football agency with operations in Europe and other international markets. We are now seeking a licensed manager with responsibility for representing players and coaches, as well as managing transfer processes and contract negotiations.

The role is central to ensuring compliance with FIFA regulations and developing the company's international operations from our base in Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Represent players and coaches in contract negotiations
• Identify and execute international transfer opportunities
• Maintain and develop relationships with clubs and partners
• Ensure compliance with current FIFA regulations
• Handle documentation and administration related to transfers

Qualifications

• Valid FIFA Agent License (required)
• Documented experience working in professional football
• Experience with international transfer processes
• Established network within professional football
• Strong proficiency in English

Desirable

• Experience from multiple international markets
• Additional language skills

Employment conditions

• Full-time
• Fixed salary combined with performance-based compensation
