
Regional Sales Manager
Description
As a salesperson with us, you will make home visits to private individuals to tell them about the offer we have. The position involves visiting homeowners and villa owners to remove moisture from their homes. You will sell a complete drainage solution so that they get a better indoor environment.
The work routine will involve conducting home visits that have come in via telemarketing, advertising, or self-booked. Once on site with the customer, you will use our own system, which is one of the most modern on the market, to calculate the job and provide a price directly on site.
You have a region as your work area and are free to arrange your 40-hour work week in a way that suits you. We will together set expected goals, and then you have freedom under responsibility to conduct your work in the way you think is best.
The internal training initially involves one week in the field together with the excavation team, followed by one week of sales training. After that, you have close contact with the sales manager who will help you do the best possible job.

Qualifications
The requirements we have for you are that you share our vision of how we treat our customers and that you have a driver's license (B-class), your own car, and that you master the Swedish language at a good level. If you have previous sales experience, it is meritorious but not a requirement.

Furthermore, you are a person who is driven by setting goals and works hard to achieve them. You take your work seriously and deal with any problems that arise.
