
Regional Sales Manager
Description
As a salesperson with us, you will make home visits to individuals to inform them about the offer we have. The position involves visiting homeowners and villa owners with the aim of removing moisture from their homes. You will sell a complete drainage solution to improve their indoor environment.
The daily routine will involve conducting home visits that have come in through telemarketing, advertising, or bookings made by the customer themselves. Once on site with the customer, you will be able to calculate the job and provide a price directly on the spot using our own system, which is one of the most modern on the market.
You will have a region as your work area and are free to organize your 40-hour work week as you see fit. Together, we will set expected goals, and then you will have freedom under responsibility to conduct your work in the way you think is best.
The initial internal training involves a week in the field with the excavation team and then a week of sales training. After that, you will have close contact with the sales manager who will help you do the best possible job.

Qualifications
The requirements we have for you are that you share our vision of how we treat our customers, and you need a valid driver's license, a personal car, and a good command of the Swedish language. Previous sales experience is a plus but not a requirement.

Furthermore, you are someone who is motivated by setting goals and work hard to achieve them. You take your work seriously and handle any problems that arise. You are a good listener and clear in your communication. Misunderstandings rarely happen when dealing with you, and if mistakes occur, which they can, you are the first to try to resolve them.
