EquiTours is the largest Nordic provider of equestrian sports travel and experiences within the horse world (part of DIN Travel Group).

For over 20 years, we have taken equestrian sports enthusiasts to the major championships in riding sports and the most iconic harness racing and galloping events in the world; we have visited renowned stud farms, stood ringside when medals were awarded, met passionate people behind the scenes, and seen friendships and business relationships born on our travels.

We collaborate with leading players in sports and breeding, both in Sweden and internationally, giving our travelers access to experiences that no ordinary travel company can offer.

And and More? That is all the extras: agricultural and study trips, tailored group travel, and specially designed corporate packages. In short – we create travels that touch, inspire, and build relationships.

Your role – project manager with a sense for experiences

We are growing and are now looking for a driven and curious project manager who wants to help develop EquiTours further. With us, you will have a central role where you:

• produce, market, and sell trips
• lead your own projects from idea to execution
• work closely with a dedicated team
• join some trips to ensure quality and create magic for our customers

Daily work takes place at our office in Vellinge.

Who are you?

You don't need to be an active rider/driver, but you should like horses and have a great interest in travel and the tourism industry. Experience from the travel industry is a plus – but the right personality weighs heavier than formal merits.

✔ Experience/skills (any of the following):

• Project management of events, trips, or group travel
• Documented sales experience

✔ Personal qualities:

• You are a team player who likes to collaborate
• Structured, meticulous, and comfortable managing many threads
• Solution-oriented – you see opportunities where others see obstacles
• Social, fearless, and communicative
• Have a naturally strong drive and take initiative
• Express yourself well in speech and writing

✔ Language skills:

• Swedish and English – required
• French, German, or Spanish – meritorious

• The position involves some travel
