# Experienced Sales Representative / Key Account Manager Wanted for Flexpro Bemanning AB
Flexpro Bemanning AB is seeking an experienced, driven, and engaged sales representative/key account manager to help develop our staffing company and create long-term collaborations with companies in various industries.
Our company works with staffing and recruitment, helping businesses find the right personnel quickly, efficiently, and professionally. We are growing and are therefore looking for someone with experience in sales and customer relations who can contribute to the company's continued development.
This is an important role for the company where you will work closely with management and help build the business. We are looking for someone who is self-driven, business-oriented, and has solid experience working with corporate clients.
## Job Responsibilities
As a sales representative/key account manager, you will be responsible for developing the company's customer base and creating new business opportunities. Your tasks will include:
* Contacting companies via phone, email, and in-person meetings
* Presenting and selling our staffing services
* Finding new customers and collaboration partners
* Building and developing long-term customer relationships
* Managing customer meetings and follow-ups
* Negotiating contracts and collaborations
* Working with sales strategies and business development
* Collaborating with the recruitment team to ensure the right personnel for clients
* Representing the company in a professional manner
## Requirements
To be considered for the position, you must have:
* At least 3 years of experience in sales, staffing, or key account management
* Experience working with corporate clients and building business relationships
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and take responsibility
* Experience working towards goals and results
* Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
* A driver's license (B) is meritorious
