Flexpro Bemanning AB is now looking for an experienced, driven and committed salesperson/account manager who wants to be part of developing our staffing company and creating long-term collaborations with companies in various industries.
Our company works with staffing and recruitment, helping companies find the right staff quickly, efficiently and professionally. We are growing and are therefore looking for a person with experience in sales and customer relations who can contribute to the company's continued development.
This is an important role for the company where you will work closely with management and help build up the business. We are looking for you who are self-driven, business-oriented and have solid experience in working with corporate clients.
Responsibilities
As salesperson/account manager, you will be responsible for developing the company's customer base and creating new business opportunities. Your tasks will include:
- Contacting companies via phone, email and in-person meetings
- Presenting and selling our staffing services
- Finding new customers and partners
- Building and developing long-term customer relationships
- Managing customer meetings and follow-ups
- Negotiating agreements and collaborations
- Working on sales strategies and business development
- Collaborating with the recruitment team to ensure the right staff for customers
- Representing the company in a professional manner
Requirements
To be considered for the position, you must have:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, staffing or account management
- Experience working with corporate clients and building business relationships
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Experience in working towards goals and results
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- A driver's license (B) is meritorious
