We are now looking for a new colleague for the customer reception at our Audi facility in Malmö. As a Service Advisor, you enjoy receiving customers and providing excellent service combined with administrative work.

Job Responsibilities

As a Service Advisor, you will be the customer's point of contact throughout their entire workshop visit. Your tasks include:

• Booking customers for service or repairs.
• Receiving and handing over cars.
• Invoicing and calling customers with price quotes.
• Pricing completed work in the workshop, assessing and settling warranty claims.
• Handling insurance cases and customer complaints.

No two days are the same with us, and it is important that despite unexpected situations, you maintain high-quality work and a good attitude towards both customers and colleagues. We help and support each other in daily work, so it is important that you enjoy working in a team.

Who are you?

To thrive in this role, we see that you have:

• At least one year of work experience in a service profession.
• Good administrative skills and precision in your work.
• Good experience in handling customers by phone and in person.
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
• Very good Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
• Class B driver's license.
