Purchasing and Web Administrator

Ullared Lantmän offers a wide range of Home Decor, Work and Leisure Clothing, Construction, and Forest & Agriculture. Ullareds Lantmän has been in operation for over 100 years and is located in the Outlet building along the large parking lot of GeKås.

As a Purchasing and Web Administrator at Ullareds Lantmän, you work with the company's purchasing and publication of various articles across all product departments. From creating reorder points to generating purchase orders in the business system. You also assist buyers in setting up new articles for purchase orders and publishing them on the company's e-commerce site with all that entails.

The position also includes responsibility for article maintenance with tasks such as blocking articles, purging expired articles, updating prices, weights, texts, EAN codes, suppliers, etc.

As a Purchasing and Web Administrator, you will work with:

- Ongoing order placement

- Import of product data in our business system Pyramid

- Content management for e-commerce such as publishing, editing, and updating text, images, and other materials on the website.

- Answering questions from other departments

- Supporting buyers in daily work

We would like you as a Purchasing Assistant to:

- Be goal-oriented, interested, and good at collaborating

- Have strong administrative skills

- Have a good command of the Swedish language and ability to express yourself in writing

- Good knowledge of Excel

- Like numbers and be driven by sales
