M3 Schakt is looking for a Site Manager

Duties and the position

Do you want to take responsibility for successful construction projects? M3 Schakt AB is now looking for a committed and experienced Site Manager who wants to take the next step in their career. As Site Manager, you will be a key person in our company, with overall responsibility for leading and driving projects in the construction industry.

In your job as Site Manager, your main task will be to ensure that the project follows guidelines and requirements, working with results, goals and forecasts. This means you will be responsible for planning and organizing the work on site, as well as maintaining close dialogue with both customers and partners. You will be the primary contact person for these parties and ensure that their needs and expectations are met.

The role includes, among other things:

• Leading and planning production
• Dialogue with customers, suppliers and subcontractors
• Follow-up and reporting of financial results
• Active work for an inclusive work environment with a strong focus on safety
• Develop, support and motivate employees
• Monitor market and business opportunities

You obviously come from the industry. We also see that you have the following:

• Post-secondary construction engineering education background (or equivalent)
• Qualification training – e.g. hot work, BAM, Bas U, Bas P
• Understanding of management systems such as ISO 9001
• You have good knowledge of contract law and regulations such as AMA Anläggning, MER, AB04 and ABT06.
• Experience in Earth & Fine Planning
• Concrete – Water and Sewerage
• Accustomed to working independently and can easily take initiative for improvements.
• Driver's license

Personal qualities

You are a communicative and solution-oriented leader who creates and develops good relationships with those around you. You are unpretentious and take personal responsibility for your assignment and are comfortable being clear and setting requirements.
