Production Manager – with a passion for leadership and development

As a supplier to the automotive industry, we work in a technically exciting environment where precision and quality are paramount. Our goal is zero defects, and we live by the motto "right from me." We are now seeking a Production Manager to help drive our expanding operations forward.

About the role

As our Production Manager, you will have a key role in an environment characterized by specialist knowledge and high pace. You will have overall responsibility for daily operations and lead your employees toward common goals.

Your main responsibilities:

• Leadership: You coach and develop your employees through a present and engaged leadership style.
• Production & Quality: You ensure we deliver the right number of articles on time and with the highest quality. You are also responsible for optimizing capacity and following up on procedures.
• Development: You drive continuous improvement work and further develop our own production system, NiPS.
• Competence development: You drive competence development and see it as a natural part of developing your staff.
• Work environment: You lead systematic work environment management (SAM) and conduct safety inspections to ensure a safe workplace.
• Follow-up: You are responsible for relevant KPIs and report directly to the CEO.

Who are you?

We are looking for a solution-oriented and structured leader who combines technical interest with an overall view of production. You are used to making independent decisions and thrive on being visible in the operations.

We are looking for someone with:

• Several years of experience as a production supervisor or production manager in manufacturing industry.
• Good knowledge of Lean, 5S, and systematic improvement work.
• Experience in personnel management and the ability to inspire others.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English (spoken and written).
• Good computer skills and a B driver's license.
• Meritorious: Experience with the ERP system Monitor.
