About the role

As a Site Manager with us, you have a central role in our projects. You are responsible for leading, planning, and managing the day-to-day production within renovation projects in the Gothenburg area.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate production activities at the construction site
• Ensure projects are delivered according to schedule, budget, and quality standards
• Manage resource planning and follow-up
• Work systematically with documentation and processes
• Build strong relationships with clients, employees, and partners

We are looking for someone who

We are looking for someone with experience in renovation projects for houses and/or residential buildings. You have post-secondary education in construction or equivalent experience and have previously led work on various contracts. We prefer that you have at least five years of experience as a Site Manager and hold BAS-U/P certification. As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and comfortable in a role where documentation and order are a natural part of the work.
