Group Leader for Consulting Assignment in Elderly Care May-August

We are seeking a group leader consultant for an assignment in the elderly care authority unit during an ongoing recruitment process.

In this role, you will provide daily support to staff regarding assessments, case processing, case prioritization, and methodological guidance. You are responsible for ensuring that the case processing procedure complies with current legislation, guidelines, and goals. The assignment involves close collaboration with the unit manager, together practicing a coaching and present leadership.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in public authority work within elderly care
• Experience in supervision or a leadership role such as unit manager, group leader, project manager, or mentor
• Experience from the elderly care authority unit
• Good knowledge of relevant legislation
• Ability to work in a structured and independent manner
• Good collaboration skills
• Very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written

About the Assignment

• Start date: 2026-05-25 or by agreement, until 2026-08-31
• The work is carried out in close collaboration with the unit manager
