NTG Logistics AB is a growing third-party logistics company with seven large warehouse units in northern Skåne, as well as one near Borås and one in Kungälv. Every day we handle thousands of orders for our customers – from international corporations to fast-growing e-commerce companies. What do we offer?

We offer a broad and varied role at the heart of our operations – the administration department.

The department includes customer service, traffic, finance, sales, IT, and security. This position is a key role in a small team where you become an important support for several functions. You will work closely with colleagues with different expertise and grow as the company expands. No two days are the same – but with us, you always know that you make a difference.


Your main duties

You will work broadly within two areas:

1. Customer service and support

– Handle incoming cases from our customers

– Provide quick and clear answers regarding order status, deliveries, and products

– Be the link between customers and warehouse staff

– Work in our WMS system, Ongoing

– Register and follow up on complaint cases

2. Traffic and transport bookings

– Book transport (domestic and international)

– Follow up on shipments and act as contact person for carriers

– Handle customs invoices and basic customs clearance questions

– Work in our TA system and, in some cases, customers' and suppliers' external systems


Qualifications (requirements)

– At least 2 years of work experience in administration or customer service

– Experience with transport bookings and customer contact

– Good computer skills – especially in the Office suite (mostly Excel)

– Experience with any TA system

– Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing

– Very good organizational skills and attention to detail


Meritorious

– Experience with TA systems

– Experience with WMS (preferably Ongoing)

– Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Axapta, Business Central)

– Post-secondary education in logistics
