Kalmar Camping – Läckeby (Rafshagsudden) is located 15 minutes north of Kalmar on a peninsula in beautiful nature. The most important thing for us is good cooperation and team spirit, where we work together to exceed expectations and enhance our guests' experience.

We are now looking for wonderful employees for our summer team for the 2026 season (June-September).

Job duties:

As a camping host, you will have various tasks, all focused on providing our camping guests and day visitors with excellent service every day. Great emphasis is placed on customer service and being able to assist in multiple scenarios. The work requires that you can communicate fluently in English and Swedish when interacting with guests.

Reception/Shop/Café – This includes reception work with check-in and check-out of guests, rental of kayaks, etc., cash handling, serving ice cream/coffee as well as meals and drinks from our bistro located in the same area. Continuous cleaning of serving areas and the restaurant's indoor/outdoor seating, as well as handling dishes. The booking system is the heart of our camping operations and is used in almost everything we do. Therefore, you need to have good computer skills and be able to work efficiently in the system while maintaining a professional and friendly manner towards guests.

We are looking for those who are:

Service-oriented towards camping guests, accustomed to a high pace, organized and flexible in your approach, and able to handle stress during peak periods. You are engaged, responsible, solution-oriented, and accommodating. We place great importance on you being outgoing and cheerful with customers.

Good knowledge of Swedish and English is a requirement as we have many international guests; additional languages are a plus. The position requires you to be at least 18 years old due to working hours, responsibility, and potential alcohol service.

Meriting qualifications: experience working at a campsite or similar operations, work in the service industry, booking systems, cash register experience, kitchen experience, handy with practical tasks to solve issues that may arise at the campsite. Education in service, tourism, or pedagogical fields.

Salary: According to the Green National Agreement, no additional supplements for overtime apply to the hourly wage beyond holiday pay.

Working hours: Shifts are scheduled within the time range of 06:00–22:00 and vary depending on the work area and operational needs.
