HR Specialist in Learning & Development

We are now looking for an experienced HR Specialist in Learning & Development for an exciting assignment in Gothenburg.

In this role, you will work to drive and develop learning and development initiatives that strengthen both individual and organizational competence. You will work closely with the business and HR to ensure effective training initiatives and development programs that support the organization's goals and employee development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evaluate various training and development initiatives
• Work with onboarding, mandatory training, and talent programs
• Lead projects in learning, competence development, and people development
• Create and develop training materials, tools, and support for on-the-job learning
• Collaborate with various stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure relevant and engaging content
• Conduct workshops and HR-related training sessions
• Administer and coordinate training activities and learning processes
• Manage learning platforms and work with follow-up, reporting, and analysis of training initiatives
• Identify areas for improvement and contribute to the continuous development of learning initiatives

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with:

• Approximately 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar HR-related development role
• Experience in creating, coordinating, and facilitating training programs and workshops
• Experience in developing training materials and learning resources
• Experience with LMS systems, preferably Workday Learning
• Experience with reporting and follow-up of learning activities
• Good analytical skills and ability to work data-driven
• Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
