We are now looking for an additional Accounting Specialist for our Financial Administration department.
We are looking for a property economist with at least 5 years of experience in financial management of homeowners associations and experience with other property owners.

Your responsibilities
Brf and rental administration
Ongoing bookkeeping, VAT returns, and annual accounts, reporting to boards and property owners. Participate in board meetings and annual general meetings, and hold financial review meetings with the board.
Maintenance of homeowners register, handling of mortgages and transfers of ownership, fee invoicing, administration of parking queues, reading of consumption in apartments and charging stations, payment of board fees, and reporting of control data to the Tax Agency.
Other tasks within financial management may also occur.
About the position
The position involves extensive customer contact, and it is important that you can easily build trustful and good relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues, and share our values. In the role, you have overall customer responsibility for the clients you work with regarding issues related to the financial management business area.
