Booking Coordinator at Stiftsgården Åkersberg at 75%

Do you want to become part of our team? We are now looking for a 75% employee for our new booking department!

Our conference center is growing, and with that we are starting a booking department that will handle daily bookings for the entire facility – from spa and reception to restaurant and events. You will work in a small team focused on private bookings via email and phone, while becoming an important part of the guest's first impression of our operations. The role also includes administration of online bookings, website updates, and working with our social media in terms of publishing, content, and communication.

We are looking for someone who is social and engaged, enjoys interacting with people, and feels confident leading conversations in a professional and clear manner. We seek someone who thrives on switching between different tasks and can handle multiple contact points simultaneously while maintaining structure and professionalism. In this role, you need to make decisions within given parameters, take responsibility in the dialogue with the guest, and feel comfortable sometimes setting clear boundaries. You have a natural service mindset, a good sense of sales, and contribute both structure and reliability in daily work.

Requirements:

· A service-oriented approach and a solution-focused attitude

· Able to work weekdays and every other weekend

· Experience in digital communication

· Experience in social media

· Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Desirable:

· Comfortable working with booking systems, we use Visbook and Bookvisit

· Basic knowledge of graphic design

· Worked in hotels, restaurants, or spas

· Skilled at prioritizing and organizing

· Multilingual
