Ivroth & Co AB has been operating as organizational consultants for companies and authorities in the Nordics for over 20 years. In recent years, the company has been largely active in Europe, assisting global Private Equity and investment firms in England and Switzerland. Ivroth & Co AB has major projects with one of the world's largest investment companies, headquartered in Zug, Switzerland. These projects will run for 4-5 years and will be global in scope. To deliver these contracts and explore new opportunities in the Asian market (primarily the Philippines and Vietnam), the company needs to strengthen its back office and research function by hiring a full-time employee.
Job Description
You will work approximately 40 hours per week and assist with administration, market research, and related tasks. You must have extensive experience in administration and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You should provide a service-oriented and professional attitude towards the company's clients and counterparts.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the back office function operates effectively given the increased requirements for documentation in English
- Assist management with specific market research tasks in Asia (primarily the Philippines and Vietnam)
- Improve administrative routines and ensure they are in English and updated to meet international client expectations
- Maintain professional contact with the company's external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
- Good administrative skills
- Knowledge and familiarity with the Asian market (primarily the Philippines and Vietnam)
- Service-oriented and solid ability to professionally engage with different cultures and individuals
