Behind every successful emergency response, there is someone who ensured the vehicles are ready. We are now looking for a mechanic specializing in fire and emergency vehicles – a socially valuable role where your expertise is crucial when it really counts.

About the position

At our facility in Spånga, you will join a team of 3 mechanics and a team leader. A total of 22 people work in Spånga.

As a mechanic with us, you will work with troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of fire and emergency vehicles. These are specially adapted vehicles and superstructures where standard solutions are not always enough – each day brings new challenges. Your work ensures that rescue services and emergency personnel can rely on the vehicles functioning in critical situations.

The role involves close collaboration with colleagues, technicians, and users, and you become an important part of society's preparedness and safety.

We are looking for someone who

• Has previous work experience in vehicles and has experience with electrical systems and troubleshooting

• Has a valid driver's license (B)

• Has basic knowledge of Swedish

Experience with tail lifts is considered an advantage.
