Your main tasks consist of Property maintenance: Simple repairs and installations, checking technical equipment - heating and ventilation.

Service: Furnishing premises, simple moves, mail handling and ordering.

Safety: Managing lock systems, keys and alarms.

Outdoor maintenance: Snow removal, lawn mowing and facade maintenance.

The workplace is located at an industrial site in Luleå.

Requirements

• B driver's license
• Swedish-speaking with good understanding of English
• Previous experience in service work and property

• BE driver's license
• Hot Work
• Other required training (lift, fall protection, etc.)
