GARDEN/PROPERTY CARE

Summer is approaching and we need reinforcement in the maintenance of our properties - preferably in central Stockholm - which includes all common tasks in the industry.

Garden work includes maintenance/cleaning of courtyards, lawn mowing, and watering.

In the properties, it is mainly inspections: changing light bulbs, troubleshooting and reporting deviations, and performing minor repairs.

Light cleaning of common areas - garbage rooms, laundry rooms, etc., as well as sweeping in front of the properties is also included.

This means highly varied tasks in inspiring environments that must be planned and carried out independently under your own responsibility - important!

In Stockholm, the lack of parking spaces is a MAJOR, recurring problem, so an electric cargo bike is a recommended mode of transportation provided. The properties are, with one exception, located close to each other.

Access to a car can possibly be discussed. Your own car is also an option.

Since the company has long-term customer relationships, a friendly, quick, and trustworthy demeanor is crucial.
