Bolon is a Swedish design company that manufactures innovative flooring solutions for public environments. The company is a third-generation family business run by Annica and Marie Eklund. Under their leadership, Bolon has transformed from a traditional weaving mill into an international design brand with clients such as Armani, Google, Four Seasons Hotels, Chanel, Adidas, Apple, and Missoni Home. With a strong commitment to sustainability, Bolon designs and produces all its products at its facility in Ulricehamn. Bolon is known worldwide for its well-designed floors and collaborations with some of the world's most renowned innovators and designers.

The position

We are now looking for an operator for our production with a focus on weaving and extrusion. The department is the oldest production group in our facility and therefore a central and important part, where you get the opportunity to participate in the foundation of our product.

Your role has a clear focus on weaving.

In your role, you work as part of a team, which means that community and collaboration are very important. In your role, you have a natural drive for development and simplification, and you focus on correct routines, instructions, execution, and contribute to continuous improvements.

As an operator, you work towards set goals, and together the department must ensure that both the quantitative and qualitative goals set by the department or the company are achieved.

As an operator, you are responsible, structured, proactive, and a problem solver who also motivates your department by sharing your knowledge.

Shift work will be applied during employment.

- Forklift license is meritorious.
