Senior Product Specialist in Autonomous Solutions

We are now looking for an experienced Senior Product Specialist in autonomous solutions for a long-term assignment in the automotive industry in Gothenburg.

In this role, you will work on developing and further developing product functions and application areas for autonomous transport solutions in the mining and construction industry. You will have a central role in translating customer needs and business requirements into structured requirement specifications and technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and further develop functions and product application areas
• Translate customer needs and business requirements into structured requirement specifications
• Drive and support functional development through various project phases
• Ensure balance between performance, cost, and quality
• Participate in pre-studies and analyze customer operations and use cases
• Ensure that requirements and documentation are updated and synchronized between teams
• Collaborate closely with product, project, and development teams
• Contribute to continuous improvements of products and working methods
• Work with requirements management and documentation in tools such as JAMA or similar

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 12 years of relevant professional experience
• In-depth understanding of the mining and construction industry
• Experience in feature management and requirements management
• Experience working in JAMA or similar tools
• Experience in complex product development within technology or automotive industry
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written

It is meritorious if you have experience in autonomous systems and work in cross-functional organizations.
