Project Manager in Software Development

We are now looking for an experienced Project Manager in Software Development for a long-term assignment in the automotive industry in Gothenburg.

In this role, you will work as a Release Leader and be responsible for coordination and quality assurance of software deliveries for complete electrical systems in vehicles. You will have a central role in driving and leading work throughout the release process – from development to final delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate software deliveries for complete electrical systems
• Ensure that deliveries maintain the right quality and are ready for release
• Plan releases and prioritize resolution of identified issues
• Work with troubleshooting and coordination between different functions and teams
• Drive and follow up integration and delivery processes
• Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• A Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 
  
• Experience in large-scale software development and integration-driven development
• 
  
• Experience with CI/CD processes in software
• 
  
• Good understanding of integration work in electrical systems
• 
  
• Experience in technical project management or release management
• 
  
• Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written

It is meritorious if you have experience from the automotive industry and have previously worked in complex development organizations.
