You should ideally have a few years of experience in the industry doing similar work. A high level of service is a priority at our restaurant, so it is important that you have that mindset. Our focus is on shellfish and fish, but we also serve meat and pasta. We open on June 11 and close for the season on August 30. We arrange accommodation for those who need it.
