Description
As someone working in the reception, you are responsible for providing our guests with world-class service. You are the spider in the web ensuring the guest is always in focus. You go through the arrival list and pay attention to details, making sure the guest's wishes are fulfilled. You always have a smile on your face and a creative solution in your back pocket. You can handle most things and are a star at turning a dissatisfied guest into a satisfied one. Your workplace is our lobby, as that's where you meet most guests. The area of responsibility also includes administrative work, security work, and sales work.
Working in the reception involves checking in and out hotel guests, welcoming them, and providing the guest with the information they need about their stay. You handle bookings in the Opera Cloud system and manage administrative tasks related to guests and security. All work is done with guest satisfaction and sales in focus.
We prefer that you have previous experience with Opera Cloud, but it is not a requirement.
This is a permanent part-time position.
Regardless of why the guest comes to us, few things are as appreciated as a friendly face that welcomes you. You serve as a host together with the rest of the team at the hotel and create a world-class guest experience. The role is based at night, and you work 7 days followed by 7 days off.
