Man in the Moon - with awards as one of Sweden's best beer restaurants - is expanding our operations with larger premises and is now seeking a passionate kitchen manager to lead, develop, and inspire the kitchen team. This is an operational kitchen manager position that also includes administrative tasks, as well as the development of the kitchen and concept.

The position includes a varied schedule with both day and evening shifts, as well as weekends.

With us, you will find many challenges as we serve lunch during the day and a pleasant à la carte menu in the evening. Furthermore, we highlight certain regions in our cooking 3-4 times per year with selected food and beer festivals, as well as Christmas buffets.

Man in the Moon is a pleasant restaurant with a large selection of beer and a well-prepared menu. We have around 650 different beers from around the world and place great emphasis on food and beer pairing.

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, accuracy, punctuality, and pace. Further development is a central concept in our operations, and training and similar activities occur continuously.

The start date for the position is flexible, but we would prefer if you start relatively soon.
