Front Desk and Conference Manager

Green Hotel is an inspiring meeting place in the heart of Tällberg – with a panoramic view of Lake Siljan. We are currently in an exciting phase with major investments ahead, and we are now looking for a Front Desk and Conference Manager who wants to help create structure, hospitality, and quality in the guest experience.

In this role, you have overall responsibility for the reception, staff, scheduling, and ensuring that our routines are followed in daily operations.

The role also includes driving and developing sales at the front desk, with a focus on private guests, upgrades, packages, beverages, and events.

You are also responsible for the operational preparation of conferences after the sales process. This means ensuring details before arrival, welcoming conference leaders, and ensuring that the right conditions are in place before the dining room takes over execution.

You are an important link between the guest, sales, conference, and operations.

Full-time position, 100% – day/evening/weekend

Salary according to collective agreement
