Do you want to be part of the most festive and memorable events in Båstad? We are now looking for driven and service-minded individuals who want to work at our exciting evening events. This position is based on demand and is offered for events and as needed. A perfect opportunity for those who want an extra gig while experiencing a fast-paced and social work environment.

Fest & Is has for over 15 years offered everything for the party. With us, you can rent tables, chairs, glassware, porcelain, tents, and much more. After great demand, we made the decision in 2025 to also offer service staff.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serving and customer contact during evenings and weekends
• Ensuring that guests receive the best possible service
• Working in a team or independently to create a positive experience for all participants

What we are looking for:

• You thrive in a fast-paced and social work environment
• Good service sense and a positive attitude
• Experience in serving is an advantage but not a requirement

Requirements:

• Fluent Swedish
• Driver's license and car to be able to get to and from events.
