We are now looking for staff for Rusksele Home Care.

In Lycksele Municipality, we strive to offer quality service to our residents. Care and nursing work takes place in various group homes, nursing homes, special accommodations, and in the individual's home. We are about 500 employees who all work to ensure good nursing and care. We also work to make full-time employment the norm. When more people work full-time, better conditions are created for continuity, quality, and equality – both in work and private life. As an employee at Rusksele Home Care, your main duties are to perform service and nursing tasks in the individual's home, where each care recipient has different needs and conditions. Your tasks include personal care, accompaniment, walks, and other household chores. The job involves day, evening, and weekend work.

We are looking for you who are passionate about helping others and enjoy supporting individuals to a meaningful life. As a home care worker, you need to be able to work independently under your own responsibility, while also seeing the work group as a resource and being easy to collaborate with others.

It is meritorious if you are a trained assistant nurse or have other care education that the employer deems equivalent. It is also meritorious if you have experience from work in home care or elderly care. Since the job involves traveling by car, you need a B driver's license and driving experience.
